Hi

I have started getting red dotted lines on my screen on my VGC LM2E.  It was a Vista machine but I installed Windows 7 about six months ago.  Other help forums indicate others are having similar problems but there doesn't seem to be an answer.  The Sony website has a linnk for failed cards but says I can't access it. is anyone else having a similar problem?  Do you know of a solution?

Hi jogeanu56,

If this problem is caused by the acknowledged Nvidia chip problem, and the machine is less than four years old, you will need to call support on the out of warranty premium rate number. From the UK this is 0905 0310006 - £0.35/min.
