Opening up VGN-A115s to change hard drive

I am a computer engineer in CH, and every time I come acrosss a new model vaio that I have to open it drives me nuts, any clues on opening a VGN-A115S? to change the hard drive?
I got al the screws in the back, can't get the keyboard off and trying to see where it's stuck annoying bits of plastic keep falling out.

Perfect, it was just that the keyboard was stiff, as for the plastic bits falling out, they were the lock mechanism, I spent ages figuring out the way it worked, only to be told later by the client that it was already broken......
