Photoshop on VAIO

How can I re-install the pre-installed photoshop essentials back on to my VIAO?

(this was lost during a facorty settings restore)

Hi bennie2121,

A factory reset, using either your recovery media or the HDD recovery utility, should return your notebook to ‘As Delivered’ – this includes all preinstalled software and drivers.

Have you tried reinstalling the program via Vaio Recovery Center > Reinstall Programs or Drivers?

Can you let us known the Vaio model?

Did you mean a pre installed licensed Photoshop? If thats the case, then please go ahead and give them the model number and they might ask you for your account info.

Once verified, they should be able to wal you through with the process.
