Pictures selected with tracks

i recently brought a vaio pocket, so far i like it. i was playing around with it and accidentely selected one of my photos to be the artwork for an album. I may be being stupid but i dont know how to de-select it, can anyone help me.
Also do you guys prefer transfering using sonic or through the sony vaio software. not too sure about sonic myself

to change/delete the cover use SonicStage.

I dont like SonicStage that much.. but there is no substitute for it.

cheers buddy, still getting use to sonic and the player, but i think ive got the hang of it.
are all of your files on your player mp3? the reason i ask is coz my one didnt seem to like it when i transferred wma files
