Hello every one I have a PCG-GRX416SP laptop and I have been suffering power problems due to a loose pin can anyone offer solutions. I don't want to spend too much.

This usually needs someone to re-solder the power jack to the main board.

See if you can find a local PC or TV repair speciallist - it shouldn't cost too much.
