printer problems

I have purchased a lexmark z1420 printer for use with my Viao - The printer installs correctly but it can not cummuniate with printer - - - - HELP

Are you trying to connect wirelessly or using a USB cable?

If it does not connect wirelessly, try it with a USB printer cable to check all the drivers work OK and then address the wireless connection problem which may be firewall or WiFi security related.
