My mouse suddenly wouldn't work and I thought it was broken as I'd had it for quite a while. Bought another and tried to install it. Couldn't install the device driver. Have now successfully installed both mice on another laptop so it seems to be a problem with my VAIO. Both appear as 'Unknown device' in Device Manager. Not very technical so need instructions in nice easy steps!
