Problem with RAM replacement

Dear all,

I tried to replace my RAM sticks on my VPC EB2M1E - and failed.

The current ones are native and as following (two of them)Screen Shot 02-06-17 at 04.52 PM.PNG

I bought two Crucial 4 GB DDR3L - 1600 SODIMM 1.35V CL11

None of them worked:

 - when using a single new one or the 2 new ones, laptop reboots after a few secs, even if I try safe mode

Sometimes it doesn't reboot but I get either one of those blue screen error messages :

STOP . 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF8000293CC43, 0Xfffff880009A90A8, 0xFFFFF880009A8900

or

STOP : 0x0000007 (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF88001959D6E, 0xFFFFF8800D6269, 0xFFFFF8800D626160) - i also got this message earlier when my laptop suddently crashed

 - when using a new one and an old one, almost the same (takes a little bit longer to reboot though)

 - when using the old ones, works as usual

I tried Memtest on the new ones, the laptop reboots every time.

I sent them back to Crucial and they sent me new ones: I get the same effects.

It seems my BIOS is up to date (R0300Y8M 7/20/2010)

Any tips?
