i just bought a brand new vaio ar51j and when i first open it i tried to do the recovery disks as it was writen in the documnets. but when i tried to open the vaio recovery center a messege appered ''the launcher can not open new document''
and nothing happens.
I have this note book for 3 days now and i dont know what to do because i have understand that it is important to have these disks before start using a note book. the other stuff work perfectly.
I need an answer from some one pls.
