I bought a vaio Notebook last November... and It's the worst thing that I do.
I have a faulty Notebook. I contacted to support group and they took the computer in order to repair it two times, but the breakdown continues happening.
I write a letter, e-mail, fax... to ask for a new computer, same model, but new, because I don't trust in their support group.
They reply me, If I want a mp3 or digital camara and more ram. this is their solution, perfect.
