Recovery CD's

Does anyone out there in UK Sony land have recovery cd's for a PCG-R600HFPD?
I bought one 2nd hand off ebay and the diskdrive has gone u.s . I'm competent to replace the drive, but I have no recovery disks. Without those, power management and video controls don't work. I've tried installing apps from a Z600LEK, but they don't work on this hardware.
Can anyone help???
