Replace harddrive

Hey,
I have an FS115B and would like to replace the hard drive as 60GB just isn't enough any more. (I already have some external USB drives but don't like carry them around)

How would I go about changing them, and where would I buy a new one

There are three pages of 2.5 inch notebook hard drives HERE any of the ATA drives (NOT SATA) will fit your Vaio.

Not sure I can remember anyone posting details of how to change the drive in a FS - perhaps someone reading this will have the answer.
