RS324e Freezing

Hi, I have a rs324e - after first booting up the computer reset itself and restarted saying a serious error had occured with the vpu. Over the next hour the computer froze the image on the screen about 15 times and I had to restart every time. Left it for two hours and now seems ok but slight burning smell coming from back of unit. Whats up with it?

Well I'm not sure exactly what's wrong, but constant freezing, error messages and burning smell says to me back up your data RIGHT NOW and then get in touch with Sony Support @ www.vaio-link.com to arrange for them to fix it.

Sounds like the graphics card is dying probably due to overheating!
