I have recently purchased a Sony Vaio VPC-L13M1E/S Desktop PC with Office Home & Student 2010.
Every time I use the pre-loaded Chrome or Internet Explorer the screen image drops out and returns after between 5 and 20 seconds. This also happens when entering passwords on certain sites. Is this a generic fault with the PC, and can it be fixed?
The suppliers, the excellent John Lewis Partnership, have offered to replace the whole system for me, free of charge, but I am concerned that I will simply be replacing the system but retaining the problem. Has sanyone else experienced this?
