Sky+ to Vaio

Hi everyone, I need to pick your brains, I have an AR21S and would like to know the best way to hook it up to my Sky+ box (I don’t know if it makes any difference but the Sky+ box is a UK version) to record from it. I have tried just plugging in the Coaxial cable into the socket in the Vaio but the quality was not that good, anyone have any ideas?

Hi lurchbt, I have had to send away for a cable, I couldn’t find one that went from 3 plugs to 1plug apart from a camcorder to TV cable will that do?

Hi murdock1,that should work. you can purchase a 3.5mm rca cable on ebay.
