Please confirm the version of Windows you are running and also confirm if it is the Windows Automatic Repair screen because the Vaio did not startup correctly or is it the BitLocker Recovery which usually asks for a recovery key.
If it is the windows screen, you should be able to run ‘Startup Repair’ without a key by going to:-
Advanced Options -> Troubleshoot -> Advanced Options -> Startup Repair
Don’t use the ‘Recover’ option or you will lose everything on the Vaio. As the Windows on a Vaio is an OEM version, you should never need the product key and should always use the Sony Recovery process.
If it is the BitLocker, it is a bit more complex.
