Technically it must be possible but I think you would be better off getting a new pair of external speakers which connect by the stereo headphone jack.

The A417S speakers have seperate speaker plugs for L and R and a seperate 3.5mm Volume regulation jack. They are powered by USB and have an internal IR Reciever to work with the Remote Control.

As I say, you can probably rewire the two speaker inputs to a 3.5mm stereo jack that fits your headphone socket. You will have to connect USB to power the speakers but you will probably then need to short the volume regulation and disconnect the IR Reciever. Sounds like too much work to me for what are only a cheap pair of speakers.
