Start-up error on my brand new VGN-Z11WN/B

Hi, can anyone help?

When starting up, I get the following error:

“windows host process rundll32 has stopped working”

APPCRASH rundll32.exe ntdll.dll

Machine is running Vista. How can I resolve this problem??
