tap 20 brightness

hello All,

since i updated my tap 20 to windows 8.1 the screen dimming function does not seem to work via manual or auto.

any ideas what i can do to put it right?

Hi lex20000,

This is a common problem with various Vaio models after upgrade and Sony is aware – there is currently no fix. From the Sony Windows 8.1 install guidance….

“Fn+F5/F6 does not work. Please use the Settings charm to change the brightness level.”

Although your model is not listed my guess is that it applies.
