temparature problem ??

I have a vaio fs315h and saw that the temparature of the cpu is 70C and hdd is 40C.Is it normal????
how can I increase the fan speed?I noticed that during the installation of updated bios my fan works very fast. After the installation it works again same as before.Maybe if I can increase the fan speed I can cool down my cpu.So is it possible?

This Temperature is OK for a Pentium Mobile. And same for your Harddisk

However, you could keep some free space below your VAIO. That will increase cooling alot but could look a little stupid.

Here two examples:

I made this one in summer at about 30°C room temperatur. :smileychicken:

Your model uses an Intel Pentium M Processor 740. The maximum temperature for this processor is 100 c, but passive cooling will kick in before this is reached (reducing processor speed in an attempt to lower temperature).
