THERE IS A SOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF MY VAIO

Hi everyone. I have VGN-BX196XP and when i come closer to the bottom side of the notebook i hear a sound.Is this normal?
When i disconnect the battery the sound goes down.

No, you will have the same effect if you disconnect the powersupply, if your VAIO is in Standby.
