My sony vaio VGN-FE21B Doesn't Shut down the only way to turn off its to remove the battery or hold the turn on button for 8 seconds plzzzzz help.

If you are under Win XP you need an hotfix, kb909667, to fix this problem. This is caused by USB webcam. Install this fix to resolve this problem!
