tvtv

tvtv records an hour early. can any one help me thanks for any help. i have just paid for a subscription and it dousnt work :slight_frown:

Same problem with the RA then :slight_frown:
Suprised really, tvtv sent me an e-mail last October when the times changed because of the bug then.

You can see why their customers are rather annoyed around now!

i got an RA304 and i have newest version, 1.0.0.658
my pc came with it. This problem occurs because the pc automatically adjusts when the time changes an hour forward or back, but somehow does not register with tvtv.

trust even the latest version does not cure this annoying bug.

this is what tvtv told me when i emailed them.

i told them the version of tvtv i was using.
and the only update on vaio link is the one im using.

so they dont even read the emails

i emailed them 'in disgust' and they told me that even the latest update does not fix the problem and they promised an update which did within 2 weeks at the latest.

hope they get it fixed soon and stick to their word

This is why I don't subscribe, the money's not being used correctly, so I use the good old RT

nope, but they promised an update soon, however i would not get your hopes up as this bug keeps happening
