I want to upgrade the RAM memory module on my TX3HP, Does this device only have one slot which currently holds 512MB? to upgrade 1 GB do I have to buy a single 1GB module?

Hi Anthony,

Your Vaio has a fixed module of 512 MB and a removeable module of 512 MB.

You can remove one 512 MB module from the bottom of your Vaio - SEE HERE - and replace it with a 1024 MB module. This will give you a maximum of 1536 MB.
