Upgrading laptop memory

Hi all,
I have a vaio vgn-a417m with 512 ram but i wanna put 1024 in ive been on club vaio and selected the upgrade memory tab and i says to undo some screws take out keyboard an insert new card but my 512ram is actually 2x 256 cards but when i had a look and on the pics on the step by guide it shows one card where is the other one?
because i take it i will need to take out the two 256 cards and replace them with two 512 cards?

any help on how to change them would be great

Hi boywonder,

One memory module comes out of the bottom of your A-Series. It is behind the cover held by one screw in the centre of your Vaio.

The other is below the keyboard as you say.
