Very disappointed with VAIO support. Why you doing this Sony?

Dear Sony!

I have placed my order for recovery disks, and you have charged me £25 plus £15 postage fee.

When I asked you when I will get it, you said in 3 days,

Now its nearly 20 days and no news, I've called you twice and after keeping me on the line everytime for 15 minutes (which costs me 20p/min) you just giving me no anwers. I think this is the way you are making money which is really dissapointing.

I think you are getting wrost day by day and losting your popularity after your massive data leak on the PSN.

You just lost a fan and I would never advice your products to anyone else!

Another 2 days passed and no reply,

I went to the chat support and they said our system is down now and never get back to me.

I have to agree with you there, i just brought my first vaio, it looks great but has a poor sound card and so much bloatware it makes it slow to startup. Customer support are absolutely clueless and they dont even care. I wanted to return it due to the soundcard but they will not because it is customized
