VGC-V2S and Win media center

hello I would like to replace on my VGC-V2S the windows provide by the Windows media center.
My question is does the media will work like Viao zone with the usage of the remote?

Windows MCE does support a Remote Control exactly the same as Vaio Zone (only probably better!)

I don't know if you can configure your existing Sony Remote - I somehow doubt it!! I don't think you can configure your analogue TV tuner either.

Let us know how you get on - I've not heard of any experiences from anyone trying this upgrade.

This will be rather difficult since the remote for Vaio Zone is not MCE compatible (eg it misses the Windows button).
You could buy another remote over the web, best with its own receiver to be sure it will all work.
But indeed, also drivers can be difficult to get for the TV tuner card....
