VGN FS285B need in help!!!

Though my notebook has no problem since the reinstallation of XP Pro. I manage to get all the function keys to work and some the features to work as well. The only problem is that the microphone wont work. So when i put a microphone in the socket it wont and my friends cant help on the microphone. The first step i took was checking that the microphone was working or not but it is work. So i thought it might be the driver for the microphone not properly installed.

What kind of driver do i need to install in order to get it work? I also losted my LAN network meaning I cant use LAN to connect to the internet only using the wireless. Can anyone Help???

have you downloaded and installed the drivers and utilities for your Vaio. You can find the original drivers and utilities for your Vaio by using this link: Original drivers and Utlities files



Note to install High Definition audio driver after Windows XP setup

1. You must first install the Microsoft's KB835221 hotfix
2. Install the audio driver for your sound device
