VGN-FS315H Vista- no sound!

after installing Vista, I have no more sound. Do anybody know, what I can do?

hi,

I had the same problem - u basically have to reinstall the sound drivers... if you have a disk of drivers then install it from there - otherwise you can download it from the download section of this site...

Hi Jaku and welcome to the forum.

The Vista compatible audio drivers for your model have not yet been officially released. However the VGN-FS485B has the same sound chip as your model (Realtek ALC260 2-Channel High Definition Audio Codec 3D Surround AC 97) and you can find this driver here . Try this at your own risk…
