viewing amount of remaining memory

I have recently purchased a VGN-NR21J and would like to know how to view the amount of memory remaining.Many thanks for any help forthcoming.

welcome to Club Vaio..

Do you mean the amount of HDD space remaining.?

If so click on Start, then click Computer.

Right click on Local Disc C and you should see a pie chart showing the amount of used space (blue area) and free space (pink area)..

If you referring to RAM memory then this does not really change, it states in the specs that your NR21J has 2048 (2GB) of RAM installed.

You can check this by clicking Start, then Control Panel, then System and Maintenance followed by System
