My Vaio VGN-FW11E is about 2.5 years old and it has had trouble with the volume button on the keyboard for one year.
When I want to increase volume by one or few levels, it goes all the way up and when I want to decrease a little it goes all the way down. Sometimes it magically works and it changes by only one level at each click, but generally it goes crazy and one click is enough to go all the way up or all the way down.
The only way to adjust volume properly is to use the volume icon on the task bar by using the mouse, which is annoying.
Please help.
