What's wrong with the Vaio site?

I'm trying to download the Vaio Update software, but when I input the serial number I have the message that says "You are visiting the European VAIO Support website with a non-European VAIO."

I confirmed the S/N several times and it's ok...

What is the full model description of the Vaio (starts VGN- or VPC-)?

You do not need the Serial Number to download Updates - just enter the model in the right of the screen here: -
