WHEN NOTEBOOK (BX195SP)IS TOTALY SWICHED OFF SHOULD IT STILL MAKE NOISE

HI, I HAD PROBLM WITH MY NOTEBOOK, ITS BRAND NEW BOUGHT FROM PC WORLD STORE.
WHEN I SWICHED IT OFF IT DOES MAKES NOISE. IS ANY ONE KNOWS IF THI IS NORMAL.
BECAUSE I HAVE WARANTY WITH IT SO I SEND IT BACK 2 TIMES, AND THEY SAID THAT IS NORMAL.

I DNT BELIVE WHEN LAPTOP IS SWICHED OFF IT SHOULD STILL MAKE NOISE. I CONTACTED SONY MANY TIMES AND ALL THEY SAY THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE, ITS BX SERIES.
ANY COMMENTS PLEASE?????

It's normal - it's the sound of the dymo in the unit converting the electricity to the right voltage.

Hi, Thank you for reply, Do you think when its swiched all the electronic parts shoulde be swiched off too?. I never seen any other electronic devices are makes noise , when they are swiched off. Why do you think this noise if you think its normal? All the electronic parts in laptop should be off and no need to work ?
