why can't i download Microsoft office 2010?

The other week i went and bought Microsoft office Home and student 2010 I tried to download it today and I am running windows vista  all it did was it just whirred and beeped and i'm not happy.:smileyangry:

So could someone please reply as soon as possible.

Hi loudlucken,

I assume that you have bought a retail disk and are attempting to install Office 2010?

If this is the case try reading the disk on another computer. If you have the same result then you will need to speak to either the retailer or Microsoft.
