Windows vista(final) and FN KEYS huge problems

Hello there im happy to tell u that vista in my 11s is about 3-4 times qicker than winxp..!! aero is wonderful and vista is a very good os .seems that microsoft work hard. but in my vaio fn keys dont work and the problem is the brightness of the screen its max alll the time and my eyes hearts! anyone found any solution?
i tryied to install utillities from driverpackage from 1 til11 but nothing was fixed with the fn keys....

has anyone found any solution??

For some Vaios the Fn keys work with Vista and for others they don't!! If they don't you will have to wait for the Sony Utility updates for Vista.

It is worth trying to reinstall the utilities more than once as they don't always work first time.

Two ways to do this: -

1. If you have a folder C:\Utils, double click on Utils.exe to reinstall the Utilities.

2. If you don't have that folder (you probably won't) try installing the Downloaded Utilities again IN ORDER

A. Sony Utilities (installer folder 1)
B. Sony Shared Library (installer folder 2)
C. Vaio Event Service (probably installer folder 5 - but check)

Reboot.
