Wireless LAN & LAN on VAOI B1 series

Hi all,

I just got my VGN-B1XP last month from my univesity. I have both LAN & WLAN available in my campus.
I just wonder which LAN connection is the priority? I noticed that the WLAN is the priority (which not supposed to be..since WLAN is not as fast as LAN and WLAN is not as stable as LAN).
What then I did is to make the WLAN manually connected. But still I'm not satisfied on this type of solution (which should be configured automatically.. but I don't know how )

I couldn't to find it in the manual. Since there is no serch function in the forum, I do not know if this type of question already answered before.
(I hope there will be a search function in the forum )

We all hope for this.

If you just plug in an RJ45 cable it usually picks up a network.
