I cannot register my earphones

When I enter my product make a red circle with a crossbar prevents me going any further.

Hi fredrick3, most probably it's the model number that's not entered correctly. What's the model number of your headphones? I can help you with that. Sony website gives you an impression with the green tick that you entered the model correctly, but as long as you see the red circle , you didn't :grin:
