WF100xm3 right ear bud runs out of battery too quickly

The right side only lasts 20 minutes but the left side lasts the normal battery life, any ideas why that is the case?

• I've installed the latest updates and reset to factory settings but I'm still having the issue

Have you tried cycling the battery a couple of times? (charging till 100% then using down to 0% is 1 cycle).
