Hi,

I have same problem, not always able to see Virgin signal when Tv scanning. When I can it is weak & cannot connect to router which is located otherside of house. Othe devices connected ok. Virgin looking to  move router. Previously able to connect to Talk Talk but too slow so changed to Virgin.
