I have a Bravia TV but cannot receive BBC HD .

I have Bravia TV Model KGL-37V55/56xx with Freeview and Guide + built-in. Even though I am in a BBC HD receiving arear/post code I cannot receive this Channel ( No. 54 on Freeview listing in TV magazine)

Can anyone help me ??

Hi thetrekker,

It is necessary to have a totally different tuner to receive Freeview HD broadcasts.

Looking at the specifications of your model on Page 48 of your manual here: -

It appears that your model has an Analogue Tuner and a DVB-T Freeview Tuner only.  You would need a TV with a DVB-T2 Tuner to receive Terrestrial HD stations.

These are only in the most recent TVs which are advertised as Freeview HD models.  You would need a Freeview HD+ set top box or recorder.
