Receiving HD on a Bravia

Please could somebody tell me what I have to do to receive HD on our Bravia KDL-32W5810 TV.  No HD channels appear in the on-screen guide.

You'd need an HD source on this particular model and the only HD tuner on this model would be Freesat. Do you have it plugged into a satellite dish or a regular aerial? It would need to be a sat dish to be able to receive HD  - http://www.freesat.co.uk/what-you-get/hd-tv-2

Failing this, just pickup a Freeview HD set top box and this will deliver you HD over your existing aerial.
