Just had a software update to 6.014 (kd43xd8305). Cant see any difference - anyone know what it was for?

- Improves the TV performance

To be honest, when Sony release a firmware update, more times than not there are a load of bug fixes and improvments, even though they dont shout about them

I found that note shortly after posting but good to hear confidence in Sony updates. Would be nice to have a few more details though!

I recognized that too, hence my own changelog. However, when fixing one issue, the devs there typically introduce two new bugs.

It perfectly demonstrates how people at Sony work, not talking to each other, without any major process. That's how the mess starts...

I saw that the 6.0614.0004EUA new Firmware , has changed the Android Security Level to 01 Sept 2016 and updated 32 Apps as it displayed during the finalization process .
