Parental Password

I have a Sony KD-43X830XC television. I have not set up any parental control on it as we do not have children.

When I tried to go onto the Demand5 iplayer to watch a recording last night, I was asked for my parental password. I do not have one as I know it.

Anyone be able to throw some light on this?

I tried the suggested 9999 in the Sony handbook to unlock but that doesn't work.
