You View Missing players

Tv KD-49X8005C .. ITV and CH 4 players have disappered from youview players guide .. any one know how to get these back ?

I have reinstalled youview but makes no difference.

Can you please goto : https://www.iplocation.net/ and ensure that your IP address is UK based.

If so, can you test to see if iPlayer works correctly?

Sometimes a simple reboot of the TV will fix things too - Press and hold the power button on the remote control for more than 6 seconds and the TV will reboot
