&lt;P&gt;Can you please try rebooting your TV and see if that fixes the issue?&amp;nbsp; If this doesn't work, the next step would be to try a factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, ive just got a kd65xe9305 and the response on the tv from the remote no matter what i do is vert very slow on everything, the tv done an auto update when i first used it so firmware is upto date&lt;/P&gt;</description>
