Haven”t posted on here for some time,but the issues continue 2 yrs on

1) sometimes on switching the tv on, it goes straight to home

2) turned the tv on a couple of weeks ago & was met with a black screen,great I thought it”s bricked,got a reason to get it replaced,but then popped up a box saying you view had stopped working yet again,so I rebooted the tv by removing the power cord, back to normal after that,but since then, the TV guide on quite a few channels shows information not available,at the minute it”s ch 54 - 59,but can vary,also if using the youview menu by pressing the blue button on the remote,the only on demand services (players). are bbc I player & demand5,

the channel categories at the top of the guide now only show All channels,HD & radio..I recently returned to update channel numbers that had changed, not sure if that caused the problem
