&lt;P&gt;Are you in the UK?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't think Netflix was ever planned in updates for your model.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can always check with Sony Support on &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="tel:02073652810" target="_blank"&gt;+44 (0) 2073652810&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;tomorrow morning though.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A workaround would be to use a Chromecast dongle.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
