Discovery function not working on tv guide on my sony bravia kd 65xd750x i resett the tv still not w

When i go on the tv guide using youview i pres the blue button for youviey options go to discover and all i get is a loading screen can someone please help me it worked a month ago now just get loading screen no matter if i am discovering movies tv or kids
