Hi TomGwood,

Welcome to our community!

I'd recommend trying panel calibration again and panel refresh before reporting the issue to Sony as they could resolve the issue.

Here's how to do a panel calibration easily:

1. Make sure the TV is in "Retail Mode" settings: [HOME] >[Settings] >[Retail settings]

2. AC on then off (unplug and then plug in the power cord )

3. Reboot will last 10 minutes and the TV will go back into the menu.

4. Repeat step (2) three times.

And how to do a panel refresh:

[HOME] > [Settigns] >[TV - Picture & Display > [Expert panel settings ] > [Panel refresh].

Let us know if this improved the issue.

Cheers,

Batee5

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has a random blur after screen refresh?

Had the standard message for time to refresh, had TV a year so figures it's about right. Since then had a blur appear on screen. I've attached photo. Only visable when watching dark images or in a dark room. Very concerned as I've had no issues so far.

Please help!

Thanks!
