XE9005 4K HDR settings

I have the mentioned TV and just purchased a new PS4 pro with the new tomb raider game, long time fan!, And when I loaded the game it says it will only run the game in 2K HDR and not 4K HDR because of the TV's settings.

How can I sort this out?

Have you enabled HDMI enhanced mode?

Press the HOME button on the remote control
Select Settings
Select External inputs in the TV category
Select HDMI signal format and set to Enhanced format

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try that tonight after work..

Also the picture mode automatically puts itself into game mode when I turn on the ps, could that also have something to do with it?

Make sure your PS4 is connected via HDMI ports 2 or 3.

I have changed the setting but don't know if it has worked or not as the message no long appears whether the setting is on enhanced or not, so I'm just going to assume it works lol
